Goal 4:  Educators and administrators will use technology to support a culture of data-driven decision making that relies upon data to evaluate and improve teaching and learning.

Strategies:

• Work with district planning team to select a district-wide summative assessment.

• Evaluate and synthesize data from assessments at multiple levels, starting with the district planning team and ending with the individual student.

• Require data collection documentation from all teachers.  Include data analysis on school and district-level PLC agendas to ensure that data is being discussed.

• Present data comparisons at administrative meetings.  Distribute information to administrators for school-level distribution.
